I have worked in the Paradise Valley District as a teacher, an elementary principal, the Director of Curriculum, and currently as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources since 2001-2002 Our department focuses on continual challenges including attracting and retaining highly qualified teachers as well as limiting the rising costs of health care. I am on the board for the Valley Schools Employee Benefits Trust. I have worked with committees to revise the Teacher Evaluation System and the Performance Based Pay Plan. I look forward to sharing with others about issues that impact both HR and public education.
