Over the past 20 years, I have held several administrative positions in the Flowing Wells School District which have provided me with experience at all grade levels, from preschool through grade 12.

During my two years serving as assistant principal at the junior high and five years as associate principal at the high school, one of my primary responsibilities was curriculum and instruction. I was also site coordinator for state-mandated testing.

As Director of Student Services, my responsibilities include special education, counseling, and alternative education. Further, I am the administrator in charge of the district's early childhood center, home to both regular education and special education preschool programs. I also have considerable expertise in grant writing.
